Site Surveys
OVERVIEW
At Tricel, we are on hand to ensure that you have a working pumping system, at all times. Aside from supplying pumps, we also are on hand to ensure that you have the right pumping system, for your specific need. To help confirm that you do have the right pump equipment from the very beginning, one of the many services that we offer are our Site Surveys.
During a site survey, a member of our expert technical team or one of our pump engineers will visit your project location. During this visit, they will assess your needs and specific requirements for your pump. This will then allow for our team to design, specify, and if necessary, build your pump equipment – which will then allow for the most suitable pumping system to be installed and maintained to the highest possible quality. Tricel not only offers site surveys prior to the installation of your pumping equipment, but also after. Our site surveys are available across the South East of the UK & London.

During the Site Survey
While completing your site survey, our pump engineers, who have a wealth of technical knowledge, will assess all aspects that you will need for your pumping equipment. They will begin by surveying any of the pumps that you currently have on-site and your current pump’s duties and help you to understand any other additional requirements you may need. They will take into account a number of different factors when specifying what you may need, including where the water is being pumped to, the water source and so on.
Once our pump engineer has completed their site survey, they will then complete a report which will help us to design the most efficient pumping system for your location. If you require a bespoke system, Tricel have a dedicated workshop which boasts a wide range of pump parts and pump spares so that we can design and build both booster and skid sets
Existing Pumps
At Tricel, we not only conduct site surveys for new pumping systems, but also for existing systems. If you currently have a pump installed in your location, and it is either coming to the end of its life, or has been experiencing pump failure, we can conduct a site survey to review your issues.
During this site survey, one of our engineers will visit your location and thoroughly investigate your issue. They will then advise to either repair the pump, or replace either part, or all of the pumping system. At Tricel, we operate multiple workshops which have an extensive range of pump spares items, which will allow our teams to repair your pump in the shortest time possible. We also have a wide team of technical experts, who are on hand to ensure that if you do need to replace your pumping system, the process is as easy for you as possible.
