Nine Elms
Canaletto Tower is a 31-storey residential building tower that has 190 apartments ranging from studios through to 3-bedroom apartments. It also includes a restaurant, a health club, a 15m swimming pool, a spa, a private cinema, a private bar, a residents’ club, a lounge, 1019m² commercial floor space and basement parking. City Road is quite a busy road, running straight through Central London made up mostly of housing and residential blocks but also with cafes, restaurants and shops.
TRICEL SOLUTION
Tricel provided a vast amount of equipment to our client, ranging from pumps and expansion vessels to submersibles and water features. This equipment included; TPE, PHE, UP, Dirt Separator, Degasser, Expansion Vessel, Caprari Pump, Submersible Pump, Wall Water Feature and Ball Water Feature. All products supplied are from four different specialist pump manufacturers; Grundfos, Lowara, Spirotech and Caprari.
Our client originally contacted us in June 2014 regarding the undertaking of the project building the Canaletto Tower by sharing their vision for architectural water features within the building and discussing what service we could provide to make this possible. We liaised with the client until we found the best solutions to suit their needs for the tower. We continued to work with our client over the next four years by providing continuous maintenance contracts.
